You put beautiful people in nice clothes and a great setting, make sure the lighting is great and voila, what can I say... I love my job. Thank you to Joshua, Gerry and Barbara for letting me document your family. It was a fun afternoon!!
This Photoshoot was from this summer but was locked away in my Vault (which is actually the name to my external hardrive(s) ) until they were revealed to their grandfather, Jim Cooper. I had such a great time shooting these guys, although, as you can imagine, Cooper ran the show! Enjoy.
I had such a fun time with Matt shooting his new headshots. After the first few photos, that is, after I had made him jump in the air and do cartwheels I dared to ask him if this is what he had in mind. I guess I can say that my job was well done because we got him some pretty gorgeous and off the wall shots.
I photographed Amy and Sawyer Nessel the other day in Southport. Sawyer is hands down one of the most ENERGETIC kids I've ever seen. But he minds his mother and is very smart. Here are some of the best photos.
My brother got married last weekend, and oh was it an event! The magic went down in Nantucket where Hunter Tremaine and Sage Goldsmith became Mr. & Mrs. Hunter Tremaine. Everything about the wedding was flawless, from the small events to the big one it was a wedding to remember and one to envy. Congrats to my very happy and loving brother Huntie!

I first fell in love with photography when I was in high school. It was there that I realized that I not only had a passion for photography but infact I had talent. After being awarded the Photography prize at my high school graduation I started to think that maybe I could make something of this photography thing. The next thing I knew I had enrolled myself in the world renown school, the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California. Now I am a graduate of Brooks (March 2008) and living in Northern Connecticut. I teach Multimedia and am the photographer at the prestigious school Suffield Academy. I freelance on the side and when school is out for vacation. I am still very much in love with photography. I feel comfortable in my craft producing consistently good images, and sometimes the conditions I am under are not ideal. I look forward to my many years behind the camera as the few I have had so far have been quite the adventure.
